The tenant is responsible for obtaining electricity. Water, sewer, yard maintenance, & trash are included in rent. One cat will be considered with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 and a 250.00 dollars non-refundable pet fee. (NO DOGS) A security deposit of $1,800.00 will be due at lease signing. Video walk though tour is located on our website. After you have seen the property and wish to obtain a lease, the application fee is $50.00 per adult applicant. The Application fee is non-refundable. Please contact the office before submitting an application. We require the following qualifications from all prospective tenants: 1-A minimum credit score of 620, with no accounts currently in collections. 2-Verifiable employment and/or combined household income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent. 3-Positive rental history, including no prior evictions or landlord-tenant court cases, or a positive mortgage history. Please note that all applicants are subject to both state and federal criminal background checks.
