Here at Whitney Lane Apartments, we welcome dogs over the age of 12 months and under 25 pounds as well as cats. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $400 for one pet or $500 for two as well as, $50 pet rent per month. Security deposits start at $700 and screening fees are $50 per adult over 18 and $75 for a married couple. We are a no smoking property.
