We are now renting a spacious upstairs (2 story building) 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with private balcony! The kitchen has lovely granite countertops with a great breakfast bar, 30 inch gas range with mechanical vent hood, refrigerator, and double stainless steel sink with pull-down faucet. The spacious dining/living room area has ceiling fan, wall AC, and glass sliding patio door to the private balcony. In the hallway is a fantastic built-in storage/linen cabinet. The bedroom is very spacious with ceiling fan and a little hallway which leads to the fantastic two closets and secondary entry door to the bathroom. The bathroom has tub/shower combo, storage vanity, and medicine cabinet. We offer a complimentary on-site assigned parking space, and have a community laundry room. The laundry machines are app-pay and the room is open 24/7 for the convenience of our residents. Animal policy: dogs are not permitted. Indoor cats conditional (must be spayed/neutered and vaccinated) and will cost an additional $100 monthly rent per cat. Additional fees/costs/deposits: renters insurance is required during entire occupancy and is paid by the tenant, our online portal charges an $8 fee per transaction (subject to change), and there is a $50 deposit per each garage gate remote.
