The living space is located in the front of the building and receives tremendous natural light. Plenty of space for a full/queen size bed, couch, WFH set up, and much more. Large closet located in the living space. Additional built in shelving in the living space as seen in the pictures/video. Laundry is on site and FREE!
The building is located in the amazing Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia. City favorites such as the Art Museum, Schuylkill River Path, and Eastern State Penitentiary are located in the area. Neighborhood favorites in close proximity include Urban Saloon, Fare, OCF Coffee House, Bad Brother, Figs, and much more! Local conveniences such as Whole Foods, CVS, Target, and Trust Deli Grocery are just a few blocks away!
Residents responsible for electric and cable/WiFi. We are pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable fee. Security deposit, last month rent deposit, and first month's rent due prior to move in. There is a $40 application fee, per application.
