Neighborhood favorites in close proximity include Urban Saloon, Fare, OCF Coffee House, Bad Brother, Figs, and much more! Local conveniences such as Whole Foods, CVS, Target, and Trust Deli Grocery are just a few blocks away! Residents responsible for electric and cable/WiFi. We are pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable fee. Security deposit, last month rent deposit, and first month's rent due prior to move in. There is a $40 application fee, per application.
