The Knickerbocker team has worked 18 months designing, planning, and, ultimately, metamorphosing this late 19th Century classic from forlorn to six, state of the art, University City apartments.

In the past year the Knickerbocker team has been honored with both the University City Historical Society's top award for renovation and preservation as well as multiple Pennsylvania Apartment Association's Award for outstanding buildings & maintenance.
