You'll be right off of Frankford Ave offering nonstop boutique shopping, art galleries, and trendy thrift stores. Close to the Hagert Street Playground, Letterly Green, POPS Skatepark, and Norris Square Park. Local favorite places include Meetinghouse, Philadelphia Brewing Co, Circles & Squares, and more! Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, 12th month, and 1 month security deposit are due. Other terms may be required by Landlord. $50 application fee per applicant. Pets are conditional on owner's approval and may require an additional fee, if accepted. (Generally, $500/dog and $250/cat). Tenants responsible for: electricity, cable/internet, a flat water fee ($40/month for 1bed and $60/month for 2bed), and a $21.50/month Risk Protection Fee.
