Anton Apartments are located at 5723 W. Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton, CA The Waiting Lists will be open for pre-applications. Open Waiting Lists for BMR TWO-Bedroom & THREE-Bedroom Units: Hacienda by ST. Anton Apartments (formerly the Anton Hacienda Apartments) The City of Pleasanton, in coordination with St. Anton Multifamily, is opening the Waiting Lists for the Two-Bedroom & Three-Bedroom Below Market Rate (BMR) units at the Hacienda by ST. Anton Apartments are located at 5723 W. Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton, CA 94588. The Waiting Lists will be open for Pre-Applications beginning Friday, February 13th through Friday, February 27th, 2026. Applicants must submit a pre-application to be placed on the waiting list. A pre-application lottery process will be administered to determine the order of the waiting list for the Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom BMR units, per the City Preference System for Pleasanton residents and employees for City-assisted affordable housing developments. Applicants must meet the maximum income and household-size requirements below. Anton Apartments Leasing Office 5723 W. Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton, CA 94588 Emailed or faxed Pre-Applications will not be accepted. Only 1 application may be submitted per household. Pre-Applications will be accepted until Friday, February 27, 2026, at 5:00 pm. No exceptions or consideration will be given to Pre-Applications received after the deadline date. Pre-Applications postmarked February 27, 2026, will be accepted.
