LEASE DETAILS:
- Lease Length: 12 months
- Pets: 2 pets maximum allowed with a combined weight limit of 90 lbs or less. $50 monthly pet rent/per pet. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pets must be at least 1 year or older. A pet agreement must be signed prior to pets living on site.
- Utilities: Owner pays for basic garbage service. Water/sewer billed back at $25 for first occupant and $10 for each occupant thereafter. Electric, gas, and all other utilities are tenant responsibility.
- Landscaping: owner responsibility
