We are now accepting applications for this home. None of the units at this property are legally classified as disabled accessible units. In addition to the monthly rent of $1,549, tenant will pay an additional $150/month utility fee which will cover all water/sewer, hot water, heat, free laundry service and trash/recycling for the unit ($190/month for a two people). Tenants are only responsible for the apartment's electric bill (lighting and plugs only) and any phone or Internet desired. We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,549 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required. Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents. One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. No additional pet deposit is required.
