Fun little bagel shop on the first floor, and a new restaurant is going in downstairs in a month or two. Brand new up-to-date laundry machines, card operated. Bike room, storage space available. Paid parking lot around the corner if needed. Of course, public transportation galore right out your front door. Breakfast place across the street. Steps away from the Park Blocks, Center for Contemporary Art & Architecture, Pendleton Store, and three blocks from Burnside. Rent is $950, deposit is $500. Management and owner is very responsive, and we truly care about this building and its tenants.
