Shared kitchenette, full kitchen and large outdoor common areas (front porch and outdoor patio). Room furnishing includes queen bed frame (you must supply the mattress) and built-in dressers. We're searching for a responsible roommate to join the other people in the house. Age ranges of current roommates are late 20s - late 40s. We all have full-time jobs but are open to an older grad student joining us as well. We all want to have a peaceful, relaxing space to call home!
