Large bedroom with shared full bathroom (1 other person) and other 1/2 bathrooms available. At 200 square feet, this bedroom is almost as big as some of the studios I've rented! Shared kitchenette, full kitchen and large outdoor common areas (front porch and outdoor patio). Room furnishing includes queen bed frame (you must supply the mattress) and built-in dressers. We're searching for a responsible roommate to join the other people in the house. Age ranges of current roommates are late 20s - late 40s. We all have full-time jobs but are open to an older grad student joining us as well. We all want to have a peaceful, relaxing space to call home!
