Los Arcos Senior Apartments 55+

Los Arcos is a two-story, 83-unit Affordable Housing LIHTC community for seniors age 55+. Our comfortable one-bedroom apartments are designed for independent living and feature full kitchens, bathrooms with safety features, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, emergency call systems, window treatments, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Residents enjoy a secure, smoke-free community with controlled building access, two elevators, climate-controlled interior hallways, on-site management and maintenance, and a Service Coordinator available to help connect residents with helpful community resources. Community amenities include two beautiful interior courtyards with gazebos, an exercise room, community and media rooms, arts & crafts and barber shop alcoves, library and seating areas, indoor mailboxes, and laundry and trash rooms on both floors. Resident-organized activities include Tai Chi, chair yoga, bingo, game nights, Bible study, quarterly birthday celebrations, holiday events. We also host a monthly farmers market food donation free to all residents, and offer convenient, low-cost haircuts on-site each month. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, churches, and public transportation. Water, sewer, and trash are included. Limited resident and street parking are available. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Los Arcos operates from a waitlist. Applicants must first apply and qualify for placement on the waitlist, and wait times may be several years before an apartment becomes available. Current rent is $1,567/month and may increase annually by up to 10%. Current maximum income limits are $61,250 for a 1-person household and $70,000 for a 2-person household.
