Currently under construction, the Cottages at Prattville will be Prattville, Alabama's first build-to-rent community. Build-to-rent ("BTR") neighborhoods are purpose-built residential communities comprised of single-family homes, cottage duplexes, and/or townhomes designed, constructed, and operated specifically as rentals. The BTR concept has emerged in response to a growing number of renters who desire the space, privacy, and feel of a home, paired with the amenities and professional management typically found in a high-end apartment community. The Cottages at Prattville will deliver exactly that: a curated collection of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans across a diverse mix of duplex cottages, townhomes, and carriage houses, complemented by resort-style service and amenities. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in Spring 2027.
