One unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great for a family. This comfortable and cozy unit is ready for you to rest & relax. There is a dog run area downstairs that you can take your pooch to, to do his/her business. It is set up with baggies and pooper scooper. There is a coin-op laundry room on the property for your convenience and security cameras in the parking lot. We are a mile from downtown, close to the rodeo grounds, and within walking distance to the newky improved Granite Park with 5 acres of fun filled activities. Lots of shopping and 5-star restaurants to partake in as well ashiking trails and 3 nearby fabulous lakes to explore. Some of the ammenities include: Two Smart TV's, Wi-Fi. Shampoo, conditioner, ironing board, extra linens for sofa bed (unit sleeps 6). Complete kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. Free parking, extra pillows and blankets.
