    Two story floor plan is spacious and includes parking right in front of your unit. Townhome style living with no one above or below you. Fenced in backyard. The main floor has a nice living area, a 1/2 bath and a full kitchen with all appliances and a dining space with walkout to the backyard. Upstairs you have to bedrooms and 1 full bathroom! Each room has it's own heating and cooling. Pet Policy Up to 2 pets ok under 30 lbs. No more than 2 total pets and no pets over 30 lbs. 35 dollars per month pet rent per pet. No pets with any history of aggression. Pet policy does not apply to service or companion animals. We use a third party pet/animal policy and screening service.
