Welcome to the Riverside Townhouse Apartments, located in the heart of historic downtown Riverside only one block away from the Mission Inn Hotel and Spa, the Riverside Art Museum, and the Riverside Municipal Auditorium together with countless restaurants, cafes and shops. We have 96 apartments (studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom) spread across four identical buildings that span the city blocks of 6th Street, Lemon Street, 5th Street and Lime Street. Many units have private parking and storage garages in the internal gated courtyard in addition to ample street parking. Each of our four buildings also has a new laundry room with two new Speed Queen washing machines and two new Speed Queen dryers. Please come by for a tour!
