Access the laundry room which is in the brown building right next to this one. Street parking is available with a city parking permit ($30/year + $8 app fee). We pay for all the utilities besides TV service. We offer long term and short term month to month leasing. Month-to-month lease only requires a seven day notice of departure so any rent paid past the seven day notice can be refunded.
