Good Sized 2 bedroom apartment, Park like setting, Hardwood floors, Lots of windows for natural light, Off street parking, Front row seats to Lilac festival, Walking distance to Highland Park, University of Rochester, Mt Hope Cemetery, College town has Plenty of restaurants, some of my favorites are the Distillery for a meal or a couple drinks, Pellegrino's deli, the Elmwood in for a night of finer dining, Chipotle, Pita Mediterranean, Bubble Tea, India House Express, a couple Rochester favorites like Country Sweet, an Mama Sans, Beerhead Bar and eatery, a few short miles away is the Swiftwater Brewing Co. the South Wedge is within a bicycle ride with another large grouping of restaurants, shops, and nightlife as well.
