This is a great 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex! The kitchen provides a range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a microwave. There is also a garage and outside fenced area. The unit provides a ductless heating and cooling system. The owner pays for garbage, the tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Owner is requesting a one year lease.
