Not meeting all rental requirements does not automatically disqualify an individual. However, if approved it would require a double deposit and/or a co-signer that can meet all leasing requirements and first & last months rent. Pets are allowed on case by case basis, and requires a Non-refundable $300.00 per pet deposit. All applications will be reviewed for consideration.
