The upper floor apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, lovely oak woodwork, great closet space, and vintage built-ins throughout the unit. Bathrooms and kitchens have been nicely updated to preserve the character of the building. At this location there is FREE on-site laundry as well as extra storage at no extra cost for our residents. We have off-street parking spots available here for a nominal monthly fee.
