This 16 unit late 1940's building is situated near the corner of Fairview and Randolph Avenue in Highland Park across the street from St. Catherine's University. The building has spacious 2 bedrooms as well as some very quaint garden level 1 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom apartments have refinished hardwood floors, two large bedrooms with ample closets as well as extra closet space throughout the unit. The 1 bedrooms have new or like new carpet, updates throughout both the kitchen and bathroom, and are a great value for the space you get. There is on-site, coin operated laundry as well as extra storage at no extra charge. We also have an off street parking lot for our residents where residents have the option of renting a spot at a nominal monthly fee.
