This studio hide-away apartment sits on the top floor of a unique tri-plex in South St. Petersburg. It features a full kitchen and bath room, window/wall A/C units . HOW CAN I SEE IT? WHERE CAN I GET AN APPLICATION? Please read the qualifications below and do not apply if you do not qualify. There is a $75 application fee for each adult. WHAT MUST I BRING TO FINISH THE APPLICATION PROCESS? 1.App Fee: $75/adult 2. Photo ID 3. A 2nd form of ID (i.e. Social Security Card) 4. Last 2 Months of Pay Stubs + any other documents proving your gross income is a minimum of 3200 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT? It typically takes 24 to 48 hours but you must see the home FIRST! WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT? The deposit is the same as 2 month's rent. Must be paid first to hold the property for up to 2 weeks. WHAT ARE THE MOVE IN COSTS? Security Deposit=to 2 x the rent Full First Month's Rent Pet fee (if applicable) All move in fees must be paid in full before you can move in WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY? Most of our rentals allow pets. They must be full grown and spayed/neutered. Breed restrictions apply and there is a one time pet fee of $250 per pet WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS? You have to have good rental history Income requirements range from 2.5 times the monthly rent You have to have at least 3months job history at the same job Credit and Criminal Background checks are required approved, applicant(s) have 72 hours to pay the full Security Deposit to hold the property. Failure to pay Security Deposit within the 72 hours, will put the property back on the market. Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable. If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
