Beyond your front door, enjoy a beautifully landscaped private park with gardens and a gazeboa welcoming place to read, relax or spend time with neighbours. Elevator access, secured and video-monitored entry, outdoor resident and guest parking, garbage chutes and a recycling centre add everyday convenience.
One outdoor parking space is included with each rental. Additional parking is $75 per month, subject to availability. Visitor parking is available, and in-suite storage is included.
