Luxury vinyl and tile flooring, pot lighting and window coveringsincluding blackout blinds in the bedroomscomplete the interiors. Individual heating and cooling controls provide year-round comfort. Tenants pay hydro and water, with each suite separately metered.

One outdoor parking space is included with each rental. Additional parking is $75 per month, subject to availability. Visitor parking is available, and in-suite storage is included.
