All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. NO ANIMAL IS AUTHORIZED WITHOUT MANAGEMENT'S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND THE EXECUTION OF AN ANIMAL ADDENDUM. $500 pet deposit required per pet. Current vet records with up-to-date vaccinations, state dog license, a picture of the pet and a temperament interview is required prior to approval.
