We are a pet friendly community & accept pets on the following conditions; NO GUEST PETS ARE ALLOWED. We have a maximum of 2 pets per unit, if this policy is violated a fine of $250 will be charged in addition to the required deposit and fees. All dogs are required to submit a DNA sample for analysis upon move-in. A pet is defined as a common household pet such as a dog, cat or fish. Reptiles and birds of prey are not allowed.
