The Carl is designed by USD alumni for University students. We believe that providing the best all-inclusive student housing in a stress-free environment will help you achieve your most successful academic career.
Each of our brand-new homes is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and comes fully furnished with 60-inch smart TVs, full kitchen stainless steel appliance packages, in-unit washer and dryer, and smart home capabilities. Shuttle options are also available.
Private rooms include built-in closets, 32-inch smart TVs with streaming services, a desk, and full-size bed with modern finishes. Enjoy sunbathing on our large rooftop deck complete with lounges, an outdoor kitchen, and views of Mission Bay. Our basement lounge is appointed with high-end modern finishes and a 24-hour self-serve coffee & tea bar, making it a great place to study or socialize with fellow students.
