The living room has built-in shelving units and opens to the kitchen. The apartment comes with a single car garage space and storage. The bathroom has a shower. The bedroom is carpeted and has a closet organizer. Tenants pay a portion of the utility bills, including water, garbage collection, gas and electric (20% of the household utilities). A cat is negotiable with additional deposit. Smoking and vaping are not permitted. The one bedroom with garage is $2000 per month.
