Photos are a sampling of a few units. Biggest difference between units are bathroom and kitchen tile colors.
Additionally available to tenants are coin-op laundry machines on-site, spaces to lock up your bike if needed, and a bus stop on the city's public transit is conveniently located at the front of the complex.
Water, Sewer and Trash are included in monthly rent. Tenant is responsible for Electricity and Internet service utilities. NO SMOKING in units or around the complex, and NO PETS please.
