In an effort to make our housing as accessible as possible, a limited number of rental rate spaces may be negotiable in the case of student financial constraints. However, please understand that our rental rates in general are not negotiable and our intention is to make this option available only to the few, select students who may most need it. We realize that students in groups may have different budget ranges, so if a group is interested in one of our homes but the rental rate of that home stretches a group member too far, we are open to doing what we can to make it work to get the group into the home.
