The Retreat Apartments offers a blend of relaxed coastal living and convenience. There is a mix of unit types and sizes. We offer studios, one, and two bedroom floorplans. Each unit has their own patio or balcony. Some units have washer and dryer hook-ups in the unit, plus they have the coin-op availability on-site. Water, sewer, garbage, and landscaping are included in the monthly rent amount. Each unit comes with one designated parking spot. We are a pet friendly community (dogs under 40lbs/cats with a $500 deposit per pet 2 pet maximum). On-site maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
