502 Minor Apartments

The Minor Apartments were built in 1911 and is one of the last original neighborhood structures in South Lake Union. It is located near the Northwest tech center with Google, Amazon and Facebook, a few blocks away. There are a plethora of shops, restaurants and pubs all within a stones throw as well as easy access to public transportation. Unit 10 is a top floor 1bedroom situated on the Southeast corner of the building. This unit is ideal for someone who does not own a car and would prefer to walk, ride a bike or take the bus to work. Cats and small dogs welcome (less than 25 lbs.). The flat utility fee for w/s/g is $75 per month. This is a no smoking building. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
