Hamlin House

Hamlin House was built in 1928 and is located just off Eastlake Ave E which is a short walk to Hamlin Pier on South Lake Union. There is a plethora of shops and restaurants along Eastlake within walking distance as well a Metro Bus route that travels toward South downtown and North toward UW campus. Units have been updated over the years yet they maintain their structural integrity which provides a unique vintage vibe. Unit 1 is a ground floor studio that receives fantastic natural light. It has vinyl plank flooring throughout, a walk-in closet and a cozy eating nook in the kitchen. The original wood trim remains in superb condition and yields an authentic old-world aura. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome. There is a $75/month utility fee per person.
