Killarney Apartments

The Killarney is a 1926 brick building located just East of I-5 and South of the University bridge near Portage Bay. It's location allows for an easy commute to UW , Eastlake Ave to South Lake Union, 520 bridge or Capitol Hill. The building has been impeccably maintained with units retaining much of its old world charm but with certain updates over the years. There's a small community patio that has a beautiful and aromatic clematis plant growing up a trellis along the back stairwell. 103 is situated on the first floor and has North facing windows which receive great natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout, vinyl in the kitchen and original tile in the bathroom. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
