Available in late August we will have a large 1 Bedroom 1 Bath in downtown Ballard. This is an occupied unit until August 22, so 24 hours notice for showings is preferable but current tenant is generally willing to allow us to show on shorter notice. Unit features a large bedroom with a floor to ceiling / wall to wall closet. The living room has oversized picture windows, and a sliding glass door that opens up onto a large Patio looking East with lots of room for a table and chairs or even an outdoor work space! Onsite parking is available $120 (subject to availability). There is a Monthly Utility Fee of $65.00 per person that covers the Water, Sewer & Garbage. Laundry facilities are on-site and are app based requiring a cell phone with the capability to operate ShinePay. Move in costs are 1st months rent & utilities, security deposits. The building is perfectly situated near Swedish Hospital, right in the heart of Ballard, just blocks from the Farmer's Market and all the restaurants and nightlife Ballard has to offer, with easy access to bus-lines and shopping as well. Each one and two bedroom unit has its own storage unit and large deck. The Lesley Manor is a controlled access building.
