Pricing
Rent is $1750. You will have a metered account for electricity and will pay directly to Seattle City Light. Water/Sewer/Garbage and Gas will be metered and billed to your payment portal to be paid with your rent. Renter's Insurance is required and a copy of your premium must be provided to management within 30 days of lease signing. Deposit is $1500. Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $200 refundable deposit.
