The Park Madison apartments are situated on the East slope of Capitol Hill on Madison Avenue. It is close to a plethora of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is an attached secure garage below the building with parking available for $100/month ($25 additional for EV vehicles). Unit 103 is a spacious 2bed/2bath with South facing windows which receive glorious natural light especially with the vaulted ceilings. There is laminate flooring throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, an efficient galley kitchen, a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and in-unit washer/dryer stack. We are offering this light-filled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with 2 weeks free rent. This concession begins when the applicant is approved and the lease is sent.
