It is located a few blocks away from Volunteer Park and just off 15th where there are a plethora of great restaurants and shops. This building oozes old world charm which can be seen in much of the original woodwork and finishing touches throughout the units. Unit 5 is a newly constructed 3bed 2bath unit. We are currently offering this apartment on a 12-month Lease At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval.
