Taft Apartments

The Taft apartments were built in 1910 and maintain its old world charm but each unit has been updated over the years. Enjoy an easy walk to a variety of pubs, shops and restaurants close to campus as well as explore the Capitol Hill scene. Unit 4 is situated on the Southeast corner of the building and receives great natural light. It has hardwood floors and an open layout. Enjoy soaking your worries away in the clawfoot tub. There is a $75 water, sewer, garbage utility and a $15 laundry fee per month. Electricity is based on usage through Seattle City Light. The unit is cable ready. It is being offered on a 12 month Lease with a 2 week rent concession. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dog building however cats are welcome.
