The Marwood Apartments Offer the Following: - Bonus Rooms: All apartments have bonus rooms which can be used as office, storage area, art studio, even small bedroom (See Floor Plans) - Large Apartments: Well laid out floor plans with extra closets - Vintage Character: Elegant turn-of-the-century building impeccably maintained and full of character - Spacious Living: High ceilings, hardwood floors, and plentiful closet space throughout - Parking Garage: While we do have a wait list, opportunity for a space periodically becomes available - Bike Storage: Secure Bike Storage - Dog Washing Station - Versatile Studios: Large enough for a bed or home office, perfect for flexible living needs - Prime Location: Situated at the North End of Capitol Hill, away from freeway noise and party scene Successful applicants will need to meet minimum credit scores, debt-to-income ratios, and income-to-rent ratios. Applicants must show up on time for a scheduled showing or send prior notice that they will be late or need to reschedule. Credit reports will be required for all applicants, as well as a verifiable source of income (e.g., employment with two months of recent paystubs or other). Leasing Criteria include no bankruptcies, prior evictions, or lease defaults. Comprehensive reusable credit reports will not be accepted. Screenings are through our property management software, AppFolio. Applications are digital. There is a non-refundable application fee of $25 per applicant.
