The Southwood Square community consists of three 2-storey buildings with 24 townhomes, offering 2-bedroom/1-bath and 3-bedroom/2-bath homes. These townhomes offer private balconies and patios and some views of the shared greenspace. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. These homes feature in-unit washer and dryer. In the winter, enjoy the gas fireplace! Flooring options include carpet, laminate and vinyl plank. Rooms offer large walk-in closets.
