Coastal Crossings and Maxwell Place is a beautiful, well-maintained community that you can proudly call home. For our 55 and older community, we offer a seniors-only building called Maxwell Place, which features controlled access in a wooded setting. This building includes a community room, gym, and library. Two-bedroom units are currently available with no waitlist! Each home comes equipped with washer and dryer hook-ups, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, and frost-free refrigerator, and either a patio or balcony. At Coastal Crossings, we provide spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments that feature oversized closets and either a balcony or patio. Each home comes equipped with its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, and frost-free refrigerator. All paint, carpet, and vinyl are in neutral colors to complement any decor. Coastal Crossings / Maxwell Place is a professionally managed community with 24-hour maintenance services. We offer carports, conveniently located mailboxes, and waste receptacles for your convenience. Additionally, we are a pet-friendly community with a pet policy in place.
