Each apartment offers two-bedroom, one-bath. The second-floor apartments provide vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room. Every apartment comes with a ceiling fan and a laundry center. In addition, you will have one assigned covered parking space, and open parking for an additional vehicle. The complex provides a half-basketball court along with a playground. We are conveniently located on the LTD bus line, and close to a variety of banking options as well as shopping and dining choices within walking distance.
We offer Standard units, partially renovated and fully renovated apartments.
Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.
Rents Range from $1,475. - $1,500.
Base Security Deposit: $1,300.00
NOTE: SOME of our units have storage closets - they are $30.00 higher.
If an additional security deposit $500. - $750 is required, it can be paid over three months.
