This two bedroom one bathroom unit features hardwood and concrete floors, large windows, tall ceilings, and Juliette balconies. The first floor living area features a fully-equipped kitchen with concrete counter tops. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a hall bath. 2 assigned parking space, limited guest parking in surrounding areas Tenants are responsible for utility setup and account management (Starkville Utilities). Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. ESA/Service animals are allowed with proper documentation from current physician and the additional vet/pet records. Pet deposit and pet rent are waived if these requirements are met. Only one ESA/Service animal allowed per tenant. A deposit the equivalent of one months rent will be required. All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $35 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval. If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor application, before we can begin leasing.
