The den features a wall of built-in bookcases and a a well-equipped kitchen with French doors that lead to the side porch. The bedroom features walls of windows, 2 separate closets, and access to a private back deck and the side porch. The en-suite bathroom also contains a linen closet with a washer and dryer. 1 assigned parking space, limited guest parking in surrounding areas Tenants are responsible for utility setup and account management (Starkville Utilities & Atmos Energy). Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. ESA/Service animals are allowed with proper documentation from current physician and the additional vet/pet records. Pet deposit and pet rent are waived if these requirements are met. Only one ESA/Service animal allowed per tenant. A deposit the equivalent of one months rent will be required. All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $35 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval. If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor application, before we can begin leasing.
