First Month Rent Utilities rate (Call for pricing) Application Fee: $45 per adult Security Deposit: $1000 Holding Deposit: $250 (holds your home and goes toward move-in costs) Pets are Welcome! 2 Pet Maximum $250 Pet Deposit Per Animal NO PET RENT The qualification requirements for our homes are as follows: No prior evictions or money owed to previous landlords Bankruptcies within the past 7 years must be fully discharged with documentation Income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent Positive verifiable rental history Positive established credit history We run a full criminal background check The applicant is required to submit all requested information and documents within 72 hours of application. If not submitted within this period, the application will be considered cancelled by the applicant. If the applicant gives notice of cancellation via writing, verbal or other, that application will also be considered cancelled
