The Springboard Property Management Resident Benefits Package (RBP) delivers savings and
convenient, professional services that make taking care of your home second nature. Upon applying, the
applicant has the opportunity to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost of $41.95/month, payable with rent.
All residents must enroll in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for a $42 monthly fee. Benefits include: Courtesy Fee waivers: One (1) per 12-month period of time, (Fees Late, lease violation, posting/notice fees), HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit score building with on time payments, Identity Protection, utility concierge service, 24/7 maintenance, Tenant online portal access, Pinata program (rewards program)
Your RBP may include, subject to property availability or other limitations:
- HVAC air filter delivery directly to your door approximately every 180 days
