We provide the following at our complex:
2 bed 1 bath, 710 sq ft rents at $1,400 per month
1 bed 1 bath, 620 sq fr rents at $950 per month
Apartment Utility break down and Amenities:
-Utilities are covered except for Electricity and Gas which are paid separately by tenants. Their estimated cost is between $60-80/month total.
- 12 month leases available starting July-August 2026 with the option to renew.
-Two on-site, coin operated laundry facilities
-Swimming pool, picnic tables and a park grill.

Application fees are $35 per applicant. Deposit cost reflects the price of 1 month of rent.
