This unit is a two bedroom two bathroom unit that is a part of a duplex located in historic downtown Tupelo. This light-filled living room is centrally located with the bedrooms located at opposite ends of the unit. The galley kitchen has a bar area that opens to the living room and laundry facilities tucked behind double doors. The first bedroom to the left of the living room features an ensuite full bathroom with ample storage and access to the covered front porch. The second bedroom has an ensuite full bath and access to the rear covered porch. Appliances include: washer/dyer refrigerator dishwasher oven/stove microwave central air and heat Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check. We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher.
