Cute, totally private, carriage house apartment behind our main building at 610 East Capitol Street NE. This studio apartment is located on the second floor of the historic carriage house building (literally, where the horses and carriages used to be kept!). It is a small studio with full bath and kitchen and a working wood burning fireplace. Central heat and window unit a/c included. Laundry is on the first floor below the apartment. This apartment can be entered through the main building or directly from the alley. We have a long history of musicians renting this studio, since there are no immediate neighbors (so a great space for practicing an instrument). Coming vacant as early as May 22nd, but we have a flexible start date on this apartment and can start a lease as late as June 1st. Standard lease is one year, but shorter term options are possible for slightly higher rent. The last image of the slideshow is a video tour of the apartment...
